You’re not here for another quick fix, you’re here to give your body the time it deserves so it can learn how to feel safe without having to resort to food.
The Year of Food Freedom is a year-long, one-to-one container where we get deep into the root cause of your relationship with food and re-establish safety in the body so that food is no longer your only source of comfort.
It’s for women who are done experimenting with short-term approaches, who know that healing happens through showing up over time at a pace your nervous system can keep up with so that you can break these patterns for good.
We are not here to “fix” your relationship to food but instead here to build capacity to meet yourself with greater understanding, compassion, choice and trust.
This is not a reset, phase, a plan or another attempt to “get back on track”, but long-term, relational work that creates change that lasts.

Binge eating is not a lack of knowledge, motivation, or effort …
It’s a learned survival response, that has developed, very intelligently as a way for the body to manage overwhelm, intensity, and emotional load when there aren’t enough other support and resources in place.
That’s why strategies rooted in mindset, control, or “trying harder” rarely last.
They ask the body to override a pattern that once served a real (survival) purpose, without changing the conditions underneath it.
Most approaches try to control food or stop urges through willpower.
The work we do together takes a different approach.
We change the conditions that made binge eating necessary. We don’t push past the body or try to eliminate the behaviour but instead, work in direct relationship to what the body is communicating.
We work directly with physiology and lived experience, so food no longer needs to be the primary way you manage overwhelm and intensity.
