Find Your Freedom

Freedom is easier to find when you don’t do it alone.

This 6-month group programme brings teaching, practice, and community together so food stops ruling your life.

By the end of 6 months, you’ll understand your nervous system and it’s relationship to your eating patterns, interrupt the binge cycle in real time so you no longer feel out of control, and practice new ways of being around food, with the safety of a group walking beside you.

This group only runs once a year (max 20 people)
