Upgrade to the Group + 1:1 Hybrid
For those of you who want deeper guidance and a space to fully work with your personal patterns and trauma, adding 6 private 1:1 sessions gives extra support to explore the parts of your experience that need more attention, care, and a private, intimate setting.
The group programme provides incredible depth, but some experiences naturally require more space than a group setting allows. The hybrid option gives you the chance to experience both; the support of healing within community, alongside the personalised attention of 1:1 sessions.
Clients who have chosen the hybrid option have seen the most consistent progress and sustainable results.
“Alex helped me to create a relationship with my body that I believed impossible but became my reality
On days when our relationship feels difficult I can give my body the tenderness she deserves. I didn’t think it was possible to love my body but now I know that it is. I love her and I know she has always loved me.
I feel like I am in a budding new relationship with my body, giddy with love and discovering so many things about her for the first time”

Not at all. You are invited to share, but never required to.
Some women speak often. Others spend time listening and observing.
Both are valid and it’s important you listen and stay curious to your needs.

Most approaches focus on controlling behaviour.
This work focuses on changing the nervous system patterns that drive binge eating in the first place.
Binge eating is not a discipline problem. It is a regulation strategy.
Women who have spent decades in talk therapy, been part of OA and the 12 step programme along with many other binge eating groups, have all said that this is the first place they have become free.
As your nervous system develops more safety and capacity, binge eating naturally begins to lose its urgency. -
Yes.
Many women who join have struggled for 10, 20, or 30 years.
This work does not rely on willpower. It works by helping your body discover new ways to regulate, so binge eating is no longer needed in the same way.
Change happens at the level where the pattern was created.
-
This is very normal.
Most women arrive feeling both hope and hesitation.
Binge eating often develops in isolation. Entering a supported space can feel unfamiliar at first.
You will be guided slowly, and nothing is forced.
Safety develops over time.
-
Yes.
Binge eating, restriction, and emotional eating are all ways the nervous system attempts to regulate.
This programme addresses the underlying patterns that drive all of them.
-
The group will be capped at 15 people. The group is intentionally kept small.
This allows the space to remain safe, relational, and properly supported.

If you’ve tried therapy, diets, intuitive eating, mindset work, or coaching and nothing has lasted, it makes sense that you’d feel this way.
But this doesn’t mean you are broken.
It means you were given tools that didn’t address where binge eating actually lives.
Most approaches focus on behaviour, thoughts, or food rules.
But binge eating is driven by the nervous system. It’s a physiological pattern, not a logical one.
You cannot think your way out of something your body is using to regulate itself.
This work doesn’t try to force you to stop binge eating.
It helps your body develop enough safety and capacity that binge eating is no longer needed in the same way. Many women who join arrive feeling exactly as you do now. Over time, they begin to experience something they haven’t felt in years; space, choice, and relief.
Not because they forced themselves to change, but because their body no longer needed the pattern to survive.
You are not broken. Your body has been trying to protect you.
And protection patterns can change, when the right support is in place.
